Due to the way our system is designed project uploads can occasionally get stuck during the import process as a result of temporary server errors. We are constantly working on improving this process so that errors will be minimized. However if you do encounter this, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly fix the problem. We recommend against continuing to try uploading new projects/revisions, unless you are asked to do so by one of our team members, as doing so may delay the import by creating a backlog.
