If you have issues with the functionality or workmanship of your boards, please post an Issue on the corresponding Order page so our team can follow up with directions for next steps.

If the boards were not built as specified, we will issue you an RMA and provide return shipping details.

We guarantee all workmanship and will repair boards at no cost to you in the rare instance that things are not assembled correctly or the PCB does not meet design requirements for up to 30 days after shipping. We cannot, however, cover damage or lack of functionality caused by defective design, defective components or as a result of deficiencies in any electronic materials provided by you.

Please DO NOT ship us back boards without first receiving an RMA.

If the boards are defective for a reason where CircuitHub is not at fault and you would like us to perform rework, our team will be in touch to provide a cost estimate and shipping details.
