Ship Dates and Service Options
Priority, Standard, and Flexible quote options, and what their ship dates mean.
CircuitHub quotes may include up to three service options: Priority, Standard, and Flexible. Each option shows its price, ship date or estimated ship range, and assembly line.
Not every project will show all three options.
Priority
Priority reserves fast-turn capacity on the Grid and includes a specific ship date.
Priority is available when the project is suitable for the Grid and the required boards, parts, and assembly capacity support the date shown.
Standard
Standard includes an estimated ship range. We schedule the order around Priority orders and aim to ship near the beginning of the range.
Flexible
Flexible gives us more freedom to schedule the order. It includes a wider estimated ship range and is shown when that flexibility allows us to offer a lower assembly price.
What the dates mean
A ship date is the date the completed order is scheduled to leave our factory in Massachusetts.
- Priority shows a specific ship date.
- Standard and Flexible show estimated ship ranges.
Dates are based on the project details, approved parts, supplier availability, and manufacturing capacity at the time of the quote. If those inputs change before ordering, the available options, prices, or dates may also change.
Selecting an option
The option selected when you order determines the price, ship timing, assembly line, and production plan for the order.
