Troubleshooting

Start with the area where you encountered the problem. Search can also find answers by an error message, file format, part number, or feature name.

Importing

• The Continue button is unavailable during upload
• A project is stuck importing
• You do not have the original EDA files

BOM and board

• Separate components with different MPNs
• Understand which components are included in the BOM
• The Board tab does not look correct

Orders and delivery

• Track a package
• Handle a late shipment
• Start an RMA

Account access

• Recover access when you cannot log in
• Manage profile and workspace settings
