How CircuitHub's self-serve part sourcing works and what happens if a sourced part turns out to be incorrect after an order is placed.
We designed CircuitHub with the intention of making it really easy for our customers to do self-serve part sourcing. In general, we do not provide any help with sourcing parts, however, due to current supply chain limitations if you are looking for help with a specific part do reach out.
In the case that you have already placed an order and we have thereafter found a part you selected to be incorrect, we will attempt to suggest an acceptable substitute and will require your approval before proceeding.
