Using the integrated issue handler system

Through the issue handler, we will proactively reach out with any production questions, ensuring you are always in the loop and can make informed decisions quickly. We strongly request that if you have any queries or concerns regarding an order you've placed with us that you use this system instead of email.

Email often results in delays as messages are forwarded between departments, potentially leading to information silos and slower response times. Email also tends to isolate communication between the customer and a single point of contact, limiting the ability for collaborative problem-solving and reducing visibility for all parties involved.

Our issues system is integrated with our manufacturing workflow and is monitored and responded to by the actual people building your products (i.e. CAM team, SMT team, inspection etc). This ensures that your query reaches the right people without delay, allowing for more timely and accurate resolutions on any queries.

How to Leverage the Issue Handler?

1. Accessing the Issue Handler: Simply log in to your CircuitHub account and navigate to your order page. There, you will find the Issue Handler tab ready for your input.

2. Creating an Issue: If you have a query or encounter a challenge, don't hesitate to create an issue. Provide as much detail as possible to ensure a swift, accurate response from our team. Attachments can be added and any visual aides you can provide are appreciated.

3. Monitoring Responses: Keep an eye on your issue for responses from our team members. Our integrated platform allows for quick back-and-forth communication, ensuring your concerns are addressed comprehensively. You will receive an email when any new issues or comments have been posted. Please make sure to whitelist "notifications@circuithub.com" to ensure delivery.
