Late shipment

What happens if your order ships late, when CircuitHub will refund the difference in lead time, and which causes of delay are excluded.

If the estimated ship date has past we will always your shipping speed to make up for any lost time.

If your shipment is late and the delay has been deemed to be our fault, we will happily refund you the difference in lead times from what you ordered on to how long your order actually took to ship. Below are examples of things that may occur that we are unable to take responsibility for on late shipments:

  • Changes made to the PCB or BOM after ordering.
  • Incorrectly specified parts.
  • Additional services, such as firmware programming, parts baking, or conformal coating.
  • Consigned parts that are received late. See Part consignment for detailed information on consigning parts.
  • Issues or assembly questions that are not resolved quickly.
