Handling a damaged shipment package
Damaged shipping box, shipping box in poor condition, damaged package
If the shipping carrier delivers a box / package that is damaged, or in poor condition, to the extent that you immediately think about filing a claim - do not accept or open the package.
By keeping the box unopened it allows for a claim to be filed.
By opening the box it voids most liability for shipping carriers.
Please take pictures and send them to us ASAP.
