KiCad fill zones
Refill all copper zones and save your KiCad board before uploading so the copper you see in KiCad matches the copper we fabricate.
An important note on how our platform ingests KiCad files.
By default KiCad does not refill copper zones automatically when you edit a board (unless you have enabled Preferences → PCB Editor → Editing Options → Automatically refill zones). After any change in the board editor, choose Edit → Fill All Zones (B) and save the board file before you upload.
CircuitHub generates the fabrication data from the board file you upload, so it must already contain current copper fills. Stale or missing fills may be manufactured as they are, and filling the zones yourself before uploading is the only way to be sure that what you reviewed in KiCad is what we manufacture.
